ILWIS 3.6.01 released

Refer to http://www.ilwis.org/, new feature capabilities from 3.6.00 are:

- Full integration of GDAL, a library that offers access to many raster formats;
- Access to Postgres/gis databases for data and maps; and
- Extension and improvements of the SEBS functionality.
